In the atmosphere of inspiration and collective work, the entrepreneurial womens network conducted
its eighth meeting last weekend in akko, through this meeting it launched the
The initiative aims to strengthen the spirit of collective work and shared responsibility, and to
highlight the lively role of women in decision making positions and in leading change in society.
Through local and social projects where values of solidarity, belonging, and cooperation is translated
into reality.
The meeting included a group brainstorming and drafting workshop that focused on developing the
initiative's axes.followed by working groups that discussed the implementation mechanisms in each
town.which includes expanding women’s participation in the decision making process. Subsequently
enhancing sustainable community impact through local initatives.
The “We not Me” initative expresses the collective leadership spirit that our women represent. It is an
invitation to build a society that is sustained by solidarity, not individualism and for cooperation, not
competition. When women unite around a common goal, ideas are transformed into tangible change.
And the participants highlighted that this initiative is a launching point for a long trail of civil and
social work, and represents women’s vision as active power in leading social, economic and political
change within their communities.
The arab enterpanureal womens network is an initiative led by ther Mossawa center, in collaboration
with fredrich elbert foundation and with support from the European Union. And in cooperation with
